Romain Waïss-Moreau

For over a decade, Romain Waïss-Moreau has been supporting idea generators, visionaries, creatives, and innovators, helping them to become and/or assert themselves as entrepreneurs.

His experience in innovative projects has enabled him to develop a recognized practice in project development, particularly in high value-added sectors.

Advising both investors (BAs, VCs, family offices) and entrepreneurs, Romain’s expertise centers on enhancing the value of intangible assets (copyright, trademarks, patents, domain names, know-how, etc.), as well as in-depth knowledge of investment processes (corporate law, financial securities, crypto-assets). His core areas of expertise are new technologies, energy, e-health, and construction.

Within the firm, Romain is known for his keen focus on complex cases, leveraging his tenacity and strategic acumen.

Romain also teaches on the Master II program on Intangible Creations at the University of Montpellier I, sharing his expertise in cybersecurity.

As head of the firm’s New York Desk, Romain handles numerous cross-border files, acting on behalf of both French citizens abroad and foreign investors in Europe.
