Loustalet

For over ten years, Grégoire Loustalet has advised a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, executives, and established groups. He provides highly specialized tax expertise with a strong focus on innovation. His passion for new technologies, combined with his coding skills, allow him to engage with his clients at the engineering level and to finely analyze the tax implications of digital business models.

Grégoire draws on his programming capabilities (VBA, Python) to develop tailored tools aimed at optimizing tax management, including simulators for tax levies on all types of compensation, automation of crypto-asset filings, dashboards to track fundraising, and complex data analyses to document contested service provision during tax audits. This technical and pragmatic approach reinforces his expertise in transfer pricing, enabling him to offer global structuring solutions rooted in the operational reality of businesses.

A natural teacher, he regularly offers teaching and training, striving to make even the most complex tax issues accessible. As an active member of the IACF (French Institute of Tax Advisers) and the La Place Fintech/Défi networks, Grégoire is committed to monitoring, sharing, and innovating to build a tax system in line with economic and technological changes.
